We had to do some obligatory acro in front of the beautiful colours of course 😅😛🤸‍♀️
    Quite happy to discover that I can now control the Quite happy to discover that I can now control the entire descent from pincha to forearm wheel without falling into it!

This is what maybe 1% of my movement practice looks like these days. A much bigger part of it is working on creating a solid foundation of strength+mobility. I cannot recommend active mobility exercises enough if you want to be able to control your full range of motion (and increase your flexibility faster than you would by doing traditional yoga / passive stretching). It’s made a huge difference to my mobility this year at least ☺️

    I got accepted into the physiotherapy program in C I got accepted into the physiotherapy program in Copenhagen and started this week!! Beyond excited to dive into something new and learn all of the things.

It wasn’t an easy choice to change paths and leave chemistry research behind after many years but it’s been a huge relief to let go of the should dos and other people’s expectations and follow my passion instead.

I can’t wait to expand my knowledge of the body and use that knowledge in my classes and with clients. I can’t wait to help people feel more free and capable in their bodies and I can’t wait to help more people (re)discover the joy of movement. 😍
