We will facilitate a common warm up and some exercises for all levels. Afterwards there will be some free time to play/practice/hang out. Absolutely everyone is welcome - even if you’ve never done a handstand before 💜

🏳️‍🌈🇺🇦 The handstand meetup is donation based and all the proceeds go to LGBTQIA+ people living in Ukraine and refugees, which face a higher risk during times of war due to being marginalized. Especially LGBTQIA+ people of color who may encounter racism, and trans and nonbinary people, who may be prevented from leaving and/or compelled into military service because their IDs do not match their gender identity or expression. The donations from the handstand meetup go to @outrightintl ‘s Ukraine fund.
