I’m a physiotherapist, an osteopath by Aug’26, and movement teacher! I’m a huge geek when it comes to all things movement, mindfulness, health, and self-development. My guilty pleasure is munching on really yummy but expensive pastries from Copenhagen’s best bakeries!

Bodywork & movement changed my life for the better, so I became a teacher and health professional so I can help it do the same for you.
