I’m a yoga, handstand, and acroyoga teacher, and a huge geek when it comes to all things movement, mindfulness, health, and self-development. My guilty pleasure is reading self-help books.

Yoga & movement changed my life for the better, so I became a yoga teacher so I can help it do the same for you.
