- Free screening – if you’re unsure what osteopathy is or how I might be able to help you, this is a good starting point to see if it’s a good fit for you

Reviews
This is what other people are saying about my treatments..
"During my first treatment with Camilla I learned so much about my body and my pain. She made me feel comfortable and explained very well everything she was doing. I felt some immediate releases and I am looking forward to the next session to work on some of the deeper and more chronic issues." - Martin
"I had a few physiotherapy sessions for neck tension and a left hip injury, and I'm really happy with the experience. Camilla Mia was excellent, she took the time to really understand what was going on and explained everything clearly. The osteopathy treatment she provided made a noticeable difference after just the first session. She also gave me some simple but very effective exercises to do at home, which have helped a lot. Highly recommend!" - Anwaar
"I am super happy with my treatment by Camilla Tram. She is professional and warm, and always helps me tremendously with my various pains and problems. I am always impressed by feeling how much she actually cares. 10/10, can highly recommend!" - Maximilian
My Treatments

I use all of my experience within body, movement and breath from my physiotherapy degree and my background as a movement teacher to help people improve strength, mobility, body-awareness and find a sense of ease. I include osteopathy techniques such as joint mobilisations, myofascial release, visceral mobilisation, and soft tissue techniques to aid the body in healing itself. The treatment can result in an experience of full and free breathing, a better grounding, increased mobility and strength, and a lightness in the body.
These sessions are for you if you wish for more flow and freedom in your body. Whether you have pain, an injury, struggle with stress, headaches, digestive issues, or you simply want to enhance your connection with yourself, you are welcome. Just the way you are.
